The homestay offers a total of four queen-sized beds across three rooms, with each room having access to its own bathroom and toilet.

Please be aware that smoking inside the house is strictly forbidden. If any evidence or odor of cigarette smoke is found, a Smoke Cleaning & Deodorizing Fee of RM350 will be applied, either deducted from the deposit or charged as an additional fee.

STRICTLY PROHIBITED NO EVENTS OR FUNCTIONS ALLOWED 

This property is a private residence, not a venue for any kind of events. As such, the following is strictly enforced: NO events or functions are permitted at any time. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Bachelor or bachelorette parties

  • Birthday parties or celebrations of any kind

  • Weddings, wedding-related events, or receptions

  • Any gathering involving illegal substances (e.g., drug use)

  • Adult-themed parties, including “cock parties” or similar events

Any violation of this rule will result in:

✅ Immediate termination of stay without refund
✅ Forfeiture of security deposit
✅ Reporting to local authorities if illegal activity is suspected

Guests must obtain written approval from the owner for any exception.
No verbal or assumed permissions will be accepted.

We reserve the right to take legal action for any breach of this policy.
